Electronics Manufacturing - Program Manager - Billerica, MA
The Program Manager oversees all daily operations related to customer accounts. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures that product cost, quality, and availability objectives are met while effectively coordinating cross-functional resources to support customer timelines.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates effective communication across internal departments to align customer and business expectations.
- Provides customers with updates on order status and monitors daily shipping schedules to meet demand.
- Assists in nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to devise solutions for potential customer challenges, ensuring timely and budget-compliant program completion.
- Conducts customer reporting, visits, and quarterly business reviews as needed.
- Oversees customer account liabilities, including excess and obsolete inventory, price variances, quotes, and backlog management.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Collaborative team player with experience in customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of purchasing, engineering, and operations.
- Experience in international or military contract manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at designing innovative solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
- Strong systems skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in a project or program team setting.
