Description

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for commercial and residential projects.

• Review project plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and executives to align estimates with project goals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate pricing.

• Analyze historical cost data and market trends to support bid strategies.

• Participate in preconstruction meetings and support the handoff to project management teams.

Profile

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost structures.

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work on multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Job Offer
