Client Details
Our client is an award winning construction firm specializing in large-scale, high-impact projects. With a strong focus on higher education facilities, they are renowned for delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and collaborative environment. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to oversee and lead their higher education projects.
Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale higher education projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on large-scale higher education projects. Experience with K-12 projects is a plus but not required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with budgets and timelines exceeding $20 million.
- Strong understanding of higher education facility requirements, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
