New York City Construction Superintendent
Lead full gut rehab projects from start to finish, managing demolition, interior rebuilds, and project execution. Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence while coordinating with project teams.
Client Details
A family-owned and growing general contractor specializing in mixed-use and residential projects throughout the five boroughs. Projects range from $2MM-$40MM, with a strong pipeline and a commitment to employee growth.
Description
Oversee demolition, interior rebuilds, and full project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Communicate progress and resolve site issues efficiently.
Profile
Experienced in full gut rehab projects, not just interior renovations.
Strong leadership skills, able to manage teams and project schedules.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high-quality work.
Assistant Superintendents ready for a step up are encouraged to apply.
