Construction Project Manager - NYC
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and interior/exterior projects from inception to completion. Ideal for a skilled professional with a proven track record in general contracting.

Description
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Oversee all project phases, from planning to execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain project quality and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and ensure all OSHA standards are met.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized Construction Project Manager with at least 5 years of GC experience in ground-up and interior/exterior projects. They are OSHA 30 certified, hold a degree in construction management or a related field, and demonstrate excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 plus quarterly bonuses.
