Description

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee all project phases, from planning to execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain project quality and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and ensure all OSHA standards are met.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized Construction Project Manager with at least 5 years of GC experience in ground-up and interior/exterior projects. They are OSHA 30 certified, hold a degree in construction management or a related field, and demonstrate excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Offer
