Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of large, complex construction projects-from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include:


* Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for major ground‑up builds
* Managing project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment and performance
* Serving as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
* Overseeing contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation
* Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
* Collaborating closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders
* Driving project delivery strategies that support schedule, cost, and quality goals
* Mentoring project engineers and assistant PMs to support their professional growth

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($50M-$100M+ preferred)
  • Experience with complex new construction in sectors such as healthcare, higher ed, industrial, or similar
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
