Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Raleigh
Currently hiring for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join one of Raleigh's most established GCs to support complex Multifamily projects! Start date - First 2 weeks of October.

My client has been serving the Raleigh Construction market for 30+ years, across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Academic, Multifamily and Commercial market sectors. They partner with many of Raleigh's top Universities, Hospitals, and developers resulting in 80%+ of business coming from repeat clients. Looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager or a Project Engineer to support a variety of upcoming projects in the Raleigh area.

Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Raleigh will be expected to:

Project Planning and Documentation:
- Assist in project planning, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.

Budget and Cost Management:
- Assist in creating and managing project budgets.
- Track project expenses and report cost overruns or savings.

Resource Management:
- Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet project timelines.

Scheduling and Timeline Management:
- Assist in developing project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Subcontractor Coordination:
- Communicate and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage subcontractor contracts and performance.

Quality Control and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues.

Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.

Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and obstacles.
- Propose solutions to mitigate risks and delays.

Document Management:
- Organize and maintain project documents, drawings, and records.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and project documentation.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Profile
The successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Raleigh should have the following qualifications:
- 2+ Years experience as a Project Egineer or an Assistant Project Manager
- Experience working on commercial projects
- BS in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Applicable construction software knowledge
- Strong Drive and Motivation!
