Client Details

My client is a specialized provider of automation and quality inspection solutions for the automotive industry, offering advanced vision systems and technology to enhance manufacturing precision. As a client, they seek innovative solutions and strategic partnerships to optimize production efficiency, ensure quality control, and drive technological advancements in the Automotive OEM and Tier 1 Automotive world.

Description

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers to explore potential business opportunities.
  • Initiate conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Manage commercial negotiations with a focus on short- to mid-term agreements.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with teams in Spain and the U.S., ensuring strong market visibility and business growth.
  • Participate in industry events and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

Profile

  • Familiarity with factory automation systems (preferred).
  • Understanding of industrial vision and quality control systems (preferred).
  • Experience in project management within the automotive sector (preferred).
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM tools (preferred).
  • Strong business development and negotiation capabilities (required).
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation-for both external stakeholders and internal teams across technical, production, marketing, and management functions (required).
  • Fluent English speaker; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Job Offer

$100-$130K On base, Competitive Bonus Structure, 50% Travel throughout US and once a year to Europe, Remote work, Help Build US Team with Established Company
