Manufacturing Automation Engineer
The Manufacturing Automation Engineer will play a critical role in improving automated manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. This position involves designing, programming, simulating, and testing automated machinery and processes to perform precise tasks.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Program and debug electrical components of automation equipment, including PLCs, servo motors, CCD vision systems, and sensors.
- Optimize machine operations through the implementation of sensors, actuators, and controllers.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on automation machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Apply continuous improvement methods, such as lean manufacturing, to enhance production quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing production processes.
- Document procedures and modifications in maintenance logs and system records.
- Ensure all electrical installations and modifications meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on new and existing equipment.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role focused on automation systems.
- Extensive knowledge of PLC programming, servo motors, CCD technology, and sensor integration.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in automated production environments.
- Strong analytical skills and precision in making system adjustments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
