Associate Commercial Finance Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Commercial Finance Manager to support the Commercial Finance Director in delivering robust financial analysis and strategic planning. This role partners closely with Sales, Accounting, and Logistics teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Sales Volume Forecasting
Support Sales in the development and input of volume forecasts
Analyze forecast accuracy and trends
Challenge assumptions and enhance forecast quality
P&L Analysis
Provide insight into the financial health of sales divisions
Identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
Pricing Management
Partner with Sales on the creation and ongoing maintenance of market pricing
Forecast anticipated trade-spend
Maintain pricing-related data and metadata
Trade-Spend Planning & Reconciliation
Forecast divisional trade-spend requirements
Reconcile monthly invoices against expected spend
Manage budgets and track performance
Evaluate spend effectiveness and recommend improvements
Profile
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Revenue Management within the beverage alcohol industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (nested IF statements, logical functions, Index/XMATCH), Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with VIP, I-dig, Karma, or Vistaar preferred
Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement solutions
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
