Legal Executive Assistant
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting senior attorneys or executives in a legal or corporate setting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior legal executives or partners
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external counsel as needed
- Track deadlines, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and document management
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Profile
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally in a legal or corporate environment
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and document formatting
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Offer
