Our Boston office is expanding its Manufacturing practice, and we are seeking a dynamic Full Desk Recruiter to focus on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) roles within the manufacturing sector. Our team is open to candidates who have the technical EHS background and who want to get into recruiting OR a recruiter in the staffing industry who is open to learning the EHS side. This recruiter will join a team of 6 EHS Recruiters and will immediately be able to jump into sourcing on active roles. Description

The Full Desk Recruiter - EHS Focus (Manufacturing) will be responsible for the following:

Client-Side:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients, understanding their EHS hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Drive business development through networking, cold calling, and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.

Candidate-Side:

• Source, screen, and interview EHS professionals for roles such as Safety Manager, Environmental Specialist, and EHS Managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, and database management.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, offering resume advice, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to placement.

Profile

The ideal Full Desk Recruiter - EHS Focus will have the following qualifications:

• A background in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the Staffing/Recruitment or Manufacturing industries.
  • OR a technical background in the EHS field and looking for a career switch into recruitment while still utilizing your EHS knowledge.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
• An ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles and requirements.
• A commitment to providing excellent service to clients and candidates.

Job Offer

The successful Full Desk Recruiter - EHS Focus will be rewarded with the following:
