Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY
Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY will be responsible for the oversight and completion of a large scale renovation project including Elevator replacements in an occupied City Agency building.

Our client is currently a leading General Contractor/Developer in the New York City Building and Construction industry. They have been an established for for 30+ years focusing on Public city and state projects throughout New York City. Description
Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY
- Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
- Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
- Maintain and manage all job site activities
- Be the Superintendent on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the OGS, DCAS, DOT
- Large scale elevator replacement project in occupied building
- 3+ year project
Profile
Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY
- 8+ years of Experience
- Experience with Elevator Replacement Projects in an Occupied building
- Experience working on Building and Construction projects for the following Agencies: DCAS (Department of Citywide Administrative Services), OGS, DDC, etc.
- Experience handling 100% of projects
- Local to New York, NY
- Must have experience building in New York City
- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent degree
- Up to $200k
- DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA
