Travelling Superintendent

Description

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure efficient and timely execution.
• Enforce job site safety and quality control standards.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and communication with project managers.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with both ground-up and interior build-out projects is a plus.
