Project Manager - Top Concrete Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage all phases of concrete construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency

Profile

Project Manager - Top Concrete Contractor - Charlotte should have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (concrete experience is a must)
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
