Description
Lead day-to-day field operations on K-12 and higher education projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage, mentor, and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to keep schedules tight and communication clear.
Drive the project plan from pre-construction through close-out, collaborating closely with project managers, owners, and design teams.
Operate and enforce site safety programs, fostering a culture where safety is non-negotiable.
Deliver accurate daily reporting, look-ahead schedules, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
Oversee logistics planning, sequencing, inspections, and quality control to avoid rework and maintain momentum.
Run site meetings, address issues proactively, and problem-solve with a steady, solutions-oriented approach.
Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, school district representatives, trade partners, and inspectors.
Ensure the job-site reflects professionalism at all times, organized, compliant, and representative of the company's standards.
