Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise subcontractors and site labor to maintain construction schedules and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and company standards.
• Oversee the tilt-wall construction process, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control measures to uphold project standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Proactively address and resolve challenges to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on tilt-wall construction projects, preferably warehouses or similar industrial builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and capable of managing schedules and budgets.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all phases of the project.
