Project Manager- K-12 Construction
Join a respected general contractor as a Project Manager overseeing public sector construction projects for the Palm Beach County School District. This is a full-time opportunity to take the lead on ground-up and renovation school projects across the county.

Description
Manage all phases of construction projects for Palm Beach County School District, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
Oversee on-site and subcontractor activities to ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Serve as the main point of contact for the school district, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Lead internal teams and coordinate with field staff to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain compliance with all applicable public construction regulations and district requirements
Prepare and present progress reports, RFI/RFQ documentation, and change orders
Profile
5+ years of experience managing public construction projects, ideally within K-12 school systems
Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and school district procedures
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale assignments simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
