Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues to maintain the client's standards and specifications.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients, providing updates and ensuring their vision is achieved in every aspect of the build.
• Enforce all safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment and comply with regulations.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in custom residential construction, with a strong portfolio of luxury projects.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and Florida building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving project demands.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
