Description

• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce company safety standards on-site.
• Review and approve project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and proper resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement project-specific procedures, processes, and protocols for efficiency.
• Maintain communication with clients, project managers, and senior leadership on project progress.
• Ensure proper documentation, including reports and records, are maintained for each project.

Profile

• 7+ Years of experience in a superintendent, senior superintendent, or related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be the point of contact for repeat clientele
• Experience running work in the field valued at $2M+
• Most importantly - a passion for construction!
