Description
The Electrical Engineer - High Voltage Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:
- Design, develop, and implement high-voltage electrical systems for power generation and manufacturing equipment.
- Perform detailed electrical calculations, load analysis, and system modeling for high-voltage applications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, controls, and production) to integrate high-voltage systems into manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in high-voltage production equipment and power systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, schematics, and specifications for high-voltage electrical components and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, ANSI).
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage electrical systems and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.

Profile
The ideal Electrical Engineer - High Voltage Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on high-voltage systems within power generation or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
- Strong knowledge of power systems, circuit design, and industrial controls.
- Familiarity with high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
