Description

• Lead and support engineering and tool room teams through guidance, mentorship, and clear communication.
• Oversee all injection mold development activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project quotations, define objectives, and coordinate resources to meet timelines.
• Partner with cross‑functional groups to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize production processes.
• Provide technical expertise in tooling methods, overseas sourcing, and advanced molding technologies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficient, successful execution.

Profile

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive background in engineering roles with emphasis on custom injection molding.
• Demonstrated success leading and managing engineering and tool room teams.
• Deep expertise in molding processes, equipment, and material applications.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
• Skilled in project management approaches, tools, and execution.
