We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small team within a rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands‑on leader with a solid technical background in injection molding and early-stage management experience. Description
- Lead and support engineering and tool room teams through guidance, mentorship, and clear communication.
- Oversee all injection mold development activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project quotations, define objectives, and coordinate resources to meet timelines.
- Partner with cross‑functional groups to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize production processes.
- Provide technical expertise in tooling methods, overseas sourcing, and advanced molding technologies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficient, successful execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation, professional growth, and strong knowledge‑sharing across teams.

Profile
A successful Engineering Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive background in engineering roles with emphasis on custom injection molding.
- Demonstrated success leading and managing engineering and tool room teams.
- Deep expertise in molding processes, equipment, and material applications.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in project management approaches, tools, and execution.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Effective collaborator within cross‑functional teams.
- Proficient with CAD platforms and common engineering tools.
