Project Manager - All Local - St. Louis
Currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join one of St. Louis's premier general contractors. Responsible for all phases of the project while demonstrating leadership for the entire project management team.

Our client is leader in commercial construction in the St. Louis area with a passion for building and developing relationships within their community. They work in a variety of sectors primarily centered around medical, hospital, car dealerships, higher-ed, wood-framed multifamily, and tilt-up Warehouses up to $50M in value. The firm is experiencing massive growth with 2024 being their largest backlog to date and are looking for experienced professionals to join the team. An experienced PM with the ability to lead projects from start to finish is exactly the person they see as the perfect fit. Description
- Manage local construction projects in St.Louis
- Lead jobs from start to finish
- Organize and supervise the construction team in the office and on-site
- Work closely with Superintendent on site on a day to day basis
- Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Profile
- 8-15 years of GC experience
- Experience running $10M projects or larger
- Healthcare experience is a PLUS
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction related degree highly preferred
- Self-starter, can communicate, good work ethic
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $130,000 depending on experience
