Process Engineer - Plastics - Dover, NH
My client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Engineer to join their Engineering & Manufacturing team in New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and production workflow.

Description
The Process Engineer's daily responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
- Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Perform process simulations and troubleshooting
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders
- Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for process improvements
Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- Proven work experience in process engineering
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of industrial processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and process mapping software
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- MUST HAVE Rubber experience!
- MUST HAVE Injection and Compression Molding Experience
