Description

• Oversee all phases of custom home builds, including planning, permitting, scheduling, and execution
• Manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance to ensure exceptional quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors
• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and maintain project momentum
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure selections align with design intent
• Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and weekly updates
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations

Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in custom home or high‑end residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and luxury finishes
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and client expectations
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction/project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• A customer‑service mindset with an eye for detail and design
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
