Project Manager Custom Home Construction
- Custom Home Experienced Project Manager up to $135K base salary.
- Experienced in North Broward/ Palm Beach County

They are dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, superior quality, and unparalleled client satisfaction. The Luxury Home Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Description
- Oversee all phases of custom home builds, including planning, permitting, scheduling, and execution
- Manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance to ensure exceptional quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and maintain project momentum
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure selections align with design intent
- Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and weekly updates
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations
Profile
- 5+ years of project management experience in custom home or high‑end residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and luxury finishes
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and client expectations
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction/project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- A customer‑service mindset with an eye for detail and design
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
