Description

My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their team. The role involves supporting project managers in delivering large-scale multifamily housing projects, including mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use developments, with values between $60 million and $200 million. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain strong working relationships.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction, preferably in multifamily or commercial projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
