Description
As the Assistant Project Manager, you will:
- Support project managers in executing all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and oversee trade-specific activities, ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery.
- Utilize project management tools to maintain project schedules, track budgets, and manage resources.
- Maintain quality control, site safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager will have:
- 2+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience in commercial space
- Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities
- Have strong tenure at past firms you have been employed with
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Experience with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares
