A typical day includes traveling directly to and from the job site (all in metro Detroit). Just won projects including multifamily, hospitality and big box retail

Profile
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent
OSHA 30
Project Experience with :
- Interior Renovations
- Ground Up
- Established Malls & new mall environment
- Renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments
- Urban and suburban work locations
Job Offer
- $110,000-$140,000 base salary
