Senior Controls System Engineer - Industrial - Beverly, MA
In this Senior Controls System Engineer role you will be a crucial member of the R&D team establishing the technology road map and leading the development of innovative next generation products. You will also be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of control systems within their manufacturing processes.

Description
The Senior Controls System Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead the design and implementation of control systems for industrial manufacturing processes.
- Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
- Develop and implement control algorithms, logic, and strategies to optimize process performance.
- Provide technical expertise in the selection of hardware and software components for control systems.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of control systems with existing infrastructure.
- Design of prototype systems and performing functional testing

Profile
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in control systems design and implementation within an industrial manufacturing industry
- Proficiency using mathematical modeling tools (MATLAB, SIMULINK, and LabVIEW)
- Experience developing and implementing active control algorithms and demonstrating functionality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues
- Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks and FEA tools
