Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing multifamily developments, from mid-rise apartments to large-scale residential communities.

Our client is a premier Multifamily Developer/GC with an booming pipeline growing across the Midwest and Southeast. They are in continual growth mode and are in need of a Senior Project Manager to help support this growth in the local area. Their project work consists of luxury Multifamily projects with apartment complexes and townhomes. Description

• Responsible for leading all construction activity and project planning.
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work.
• Monitor project forecast and fulfill job cost responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly job site meetings on site with superintendents.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Meet with potential clients to discuss upcoming work.
• Mentor and guide all members of the project team.

Profile

• Degree in Construction Management or similar degree.
• 10-16+ years of Project Management experience.
• Previous Multi-Family experience is a must
• Experience running projects at $20M+ range.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in technology & common pm software's including PlanGrid, Timerberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack and Excel.
• Willing to be a team lead & mentor to junior team members
