Senior Estimator - Commercial Interiors - Largo, MD

The Senior Estimator will join a growing preconstruction team of four, directly supporting the Director of Preconstruction. This individual will play a key role in evaluating bids, pricing, and managing the estimating process for diverse projects. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior, base building, and renovation projects, typically ranging from $2M to $20M.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with the preconstruction and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Maintain and build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support business growth.

Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in estimating commercial interior, base building, or healthcare projects.
• Experience with data centers or higher education projects is a plus.
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with estimating software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $110,000-$125,000.
