Assistant Project Manager - St. Louis - Ground up/TI

Client has a smaller family feel and is growing healthily year over year:
- Mix of ground up and TI work
- Typical project size of $1M - $15M
- Design build firm
- All local work within 1hr of St. Louis
- Smaller and more intimate team sizes

Description
- Submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Will be reviewing shop drawings frequently
- Responsible for building your own book of business
- Maintaining frequent communication with Project Managers and other leadership
- Always keeping a positive attitude and maintaining a good culture
Profile
- 1-4 years of PE/APM experience
- Civil engineering or CM degree
- Experience with shop drawings
- Experience with submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Maintaining constant communication with leadership
- Very proactive and business development focused
