Senior Project Manager | Multi-Family | Leawood, KS
My client is a fast-growing General Contractor located in Leawood, KS. With their strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager that can lead the Project Management team with built-in growth to Director of Project Management in the next 1-2 years! This role is critical in bridging the gap between field operations and office leadership, ensuring projects run smoothly from start-up to close-out.

Description
- Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage a team of 4-5 Project Managers, while overseeing multiple projects.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Identify and address potential risks or issues to minimize project disruptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Degree in Construction Management (or related field)
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Prior mentorship or leadership experience
- Experience managing ground-up projects
- Experience working on multi-family
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar project management platforms)
- Must be a self-motivated individual who works independently and excels in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and customer relations skills
