With their strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager that can lead the Project Management team with built-in growth to Director of Project Management in the next 1-2 years! This role is critical in bridging the gap between field operations and office leadership, ensuring projects run smoothly from start-up to close-out.

Description

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage a team of 4-5 Project Managers, while overseeing multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Identify and address potential risks or issues to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• Degree in Construction Management (or related field)
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Prior mentorship or leadership experience
• Experience managing ground-up projects
• Experience working on multi-family
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar project management platforms)
• Must be a self-motivated individual who works independently and excels in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and customer relations skills
