Description

• Develop detailed budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Review and analyze construction plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Negotiate contracts and manage preconstruction agreements with vendors and contractors.
• Facilitate value engineering processes to optimize project costs and performance.
• Lead pre-bid and project kickoff meetings to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
• Track and report on preconstruction progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards during the preconstruction phase.
