Description
The Estimator - Commercial Construction - Hickory will be responsible for:
- Analyzing construction plans and specifications to develop timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements
- Preparing bid packages, developing budgets, and evaluating subcontractor proposals for both conceptual and competitive estimates
- Establishing pricing structures and performing comparative analysis
- Collaborating closely with the project management team to ensure estimates are updated throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve project-related issues
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with subcontractors
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Estimator - Commercial Construction - Hickory will possess:
