Description

The Senior Project Manager - Owners Representative - Commercial will be responsible for:

• Project Oversight: Direct and manage multiple complex projects, including infrastructure upgrades, new store openings, and system improvements.
• Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Ensure that projects align with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Address stakeholder concerns and adapt plans as necessary.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, including budget adherence and timelines. Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Quality Control: Ensure projects meet Quality Oil Company's rigorous standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture insights and enhance future project execution.
• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and support to project team members, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Profile

The Senior Project Manager - Owners Representative - Commercial should have:

• Experience: 7-10 years of project management experience in fuel distribution, retail, or a related industry, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and methodologies.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills for managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes efficiently.

Job Offer
