Senior Project Manager - Owners Representative - Commercial
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex projects related to fuel distribution infrastructure, convenience store development, and operational improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
The Senior Project Manager - Owners Representative - Commercial will be responsible for:
- Project Oversight: Direct and manage multiple complex projects, including infrastructure upgrades, new store openings, and system improvements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Ensure that projects align with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Address stakeholder concerns and adapt plans as necessary.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, including budget adherence and timelines. Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality Control: Ensure projects meet Quality Oil Company's rigorous standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture insights and enhance future project execution.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and support to project team members, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Profile
The Senior Project Manager - Owners Representative - Commercial should have:

Job Offer
The Senior Project Manager - Owners Representative - Commercial will receive:
- Base Salary - $100,000-150,000
