Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
Superintendent overseeing multifamily construction projects, responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations. The superintendent ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

The client is a well-established multifamily General Contractor specializing in large residential communities. They focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations on multifamily construction sites, managing crews and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly
- Monitor adherence to construction plans, codes, and company procedures
- Provide updates and reports on project progress to leadership
Profile
The successful candidate has proven experience in multifamily construction, managing crews and subcontractors on large residential projects from ground-up through completion. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
