Sr Quality Manager- MULTI SITE- CN/MA
The Sr. Quality Manager will oversee the corporate quality system and quality functions across two manufacturing sites, with a focus on maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 standards. This role involves improving manufacturing processes and ensuring consistent quality across both locations.

The company has extensive capabilities in rubber processing, including molding, extruding, vulcanizing, grinding, slitting, laminating, and die cutting, utilizing the latest engineering and manufacturing processes. Description
- Lead and maintain the corporate quality system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 standards.
- Oversee quality functions at two manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits to identify improvements, drive process enhancements, and boost product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between sites on quality-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to keep the quality system effective.
- Manage customer and third-party audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 standards.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain robust quality systems.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to travel regularly between North of Boston and Eastern Connecticut.
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency required.
- Basic understanding of Mechanical Drawings (GD&T).
