Investor Reporting (Operations) Analyst - DTX

Investor Reporting Analyst to join our expanding Asset Management Group in Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional looking for an opportunity to play a key role in establishing process/procedures for optimizing data flow and integrity for enhancing investor reporting, capital raising efforts, and management decision making.

Description

  • Assist in the preparation and review of investor and internal reporting materials, ensuring consistency with internal standards and procedural controls.
  • Perform periodic quality checks to identify discrepancies, ensuring adherence to defined workflows and internal protocols.
  • Update and maintain internal process documentation, SOPs, and operational checklists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure handoffs and dependencies follow standardized processes.
  • Track and resolve reporting exceptions, discrepancies, or data anomalies.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and reporting consistency.
  • Support ongoing reporting operations with a focus on detail, reliability, and continuity.
  • Leverage Excel and internal tools to maintain and validate recurring reports and data outputs.

Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in operational support, reporting, or quality control.
  • Self-starter mindset, with good business operational common sense for identifying and creating reporting/operational for improving solutions.
  • Background in Commercial Real Estate or Finance is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with audit, QC, or compliance environments is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required, Power BI or similar tools a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
  • BA/BS Degree or Advanced Degree.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
