Traveling Superintendent - Light Industrial
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee Light Industrial construction projects across Virginia, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the highest standards. With a focus on business services, the successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and teams.

Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects in Virginia
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Lead and manage construction teams
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
- Report on project progress and budget
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:- Recent years of experience with $100+ million size projects (Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Data Centers, Convention Centers)
- Recent years of experience with overseeing projects with 200 subcontractors on site at a time.
- An educational qualification in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- An understanding of construction laws and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
