Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Denver
Superintendent needed for reputable General Contractor based in Denver. Projects consist of light industrial, ground up and tenant improvements.
Client Details
General Contractor that has a national presence, building light industrial and cold storage buildings, including ground up and tenant improvements. They have an excellent reputation in the Denver market and are looking to expand their team due to the amount of work they have in the pipeline.
Description
Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Profile
Construction Superintendent must have the following:
- GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Tilt wall/Cold Storage is a bonus
- Commercial experience required- 5+ years experience
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Commercial construction superintendent
- Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
