Compensation and Benefits Manager

Description
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation frameworks, including salary bands and incentive structures.
- Conduct ongoing compensation analysis and market bench marking to ensure company remains competitive.
- Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment, new hire benefits orientation, and compliance with regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for team member 401(k) enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop total rewards strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement and retention.
- Assess and recommend salary increases, bonuses, and incentives based on individual performance and market trends.
- Supervise job evaluation procedures to ensure internal fairness and competitive external positioning.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding compensation and benefits.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on compensation data, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Support the creation of communication strategies to inform team members about compensation and benefits offerings.
