Construction Superintendent- OKC

In this role you will be responsible for running the project in the field from start to finish while having support from assistant superintendent. You will be working closely with the Project Manager in order to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with all regulations.
• Track project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Inspect work quality to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Foster a productive and collaborative work environment among all team members.
