Payroll Specialist

Michael Page New York, NY (Onsite) Full-Time
$65,000 - $85,000/Year

This position will be responsible for processing payroll in multiple states for retail employees. There will be other adhoc projects relating to payroll.

They are an international retail organization that is publicly traded. They are currently growing and have a great team culture!

Description

  • Process payroll through various systems in multiple states
  • Manage timekeeping system
  • Enter new employee information in database
  • Reporting for payroll
  • Respond to day to day payroll questions from employees
  • Processing bonuses
  • Maintain all employee records for holiday and sick leave
  • Work on Payroll projects

Profile

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ YOE in Payroll Processing
  • Ability to go into the office on a hybrid schedule
  • Excel
  • Processing payroll for non exempt employee populations
