The Safety Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all safety activities within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on promoting a strong safety culture. Description
Key responsibilities:
- Plans and manages health, safety, and loss control policies and procedures.
- Provides direction and strengthens the safety culture through employee engagement.
- Conducts compliance audits and reviews to meet requirements and reduce risk.
- Designs and directs safety training programs.
- Analyzes accidents and develops prevention recommendations.
- Coordinates safety activities and ensures communication of safety processes.
