Engineering/EHS Manager - Braintree, MA
This position leads the site's technical and safety functions, with responsibility for capital planning, project delivery, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. The role supports day‑to‑day plant operations while also influencing long‑term reliability and operational strategy. It is a hands-on, highly cross‑functional leadership position with visibility to senior leadership.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering initiatives, including budgeting, planning, and executing capital projects.
- Drive improvements in equipment performance, plant reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, engineering standards, and project controls.
- Oversee regulatory compliance programs and support site audits and inspections.
- Lead safety programs, training, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Provide leadership to engineering and safety teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams on strategic priorities and technical challenges.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Several years of progressive experience in technical and/or safety leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background managing capital projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Deep familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capability.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
