Regional Sales Manager
Seeking a dedicated and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, manage a dedicated sales team, and forge strong relationships with clients within the Food industry.

Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Drive and manage key headquarter calls to conventional retailers including Wakefern, Wegman's, HEB, Albertsons/Safeway, Publix, Mariano's, Hy-Vee, Meijer and others.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Profile
A successful 'Regional Sales Manager' should have:
- Proven track record maintaining and winning new grocery business
- Capable of effectively managing brokers and distributors
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Preferably coming from food
- Experience working with small to mid-sized companies.
